How To Properly Assembly, Use, and Operation of PIVotARM:

PIVotARM Assembly
Insert bolt into arm as shown in above diagram. Tighten bolt with allen wrench (in packing case). Check to verify all bolts are tight on the PIVotARM before each usage

PIVotARM Use
Place smaller diameter shaft into standard Clark socket or similar socket at appropriate height. Tighten securely in place. Verify that the total weight placed on PIVotARM does not exceed the weight limits of the bed rails or the bed.

PIVotARM Operation
The PIVotARM should rotate with minimal pressure. Verify that no objects suspended from the PIVotARM will contact or injure the patient.
